Data is always stored encrypted (hybrid post-quantum: ML-KEM-768 + X25519). Export and deletion require strong identification via your EUDI wallet.
Registering consent here creates a tracked record of your data (email, and name if you give one — always stored encrypted) under the purpose "Spårad kontroll av leverantör" (tracked provider checks), legal basis Art. 6.1.a. It's what makes the export, erasure and withdrawal actions below possible later — you don't need it just to search or view providers. Because this starts tracking an email address, we confirm you actually control it first: we'll send a 6-digit code before anything is stored, so nobody else can register consent on your behalf.

Export and erasure expose or permanently delete your data, so they always require your EUDI wallet — there's no lighter alternative for those two.
Withdrawing consent only stops future processing — it doesn't expose or delete anything — so it doesn't need EUDI-level identification. We still email you a short code first, so we at least know it's really your inbox making the request, not just anyone who happens to know your email address.
